I hope everyone had a greet Halloween. I did. I didn’t dress up but I went to a my first “trunk or treat”. It was kinda neat. This was in a rough community and there was a great turnout. I took my test for the training I’d been in for 3 weeks. I was pretty nervous because the lady doing it pretty much said, if you fail, it’s up to H.R. if they keep you or fire you. Well, that’s pretty unsettling. I would have to say that I was the guy that was pretty slow and took me awhile to catch on to a concept in class, but in the end, I was the guy that scored a 98 which was THE highest on the test. I passed. I still have a job.
I’m pretty excited about the weekend. I don’t have that much planned. I’m working late tomorrow which sucks. But, its money so it’s all good. I had coffee with a pastor tonight. He is a church planter in Maryville, TN which is about 20 minutes south of Knoxville. We had a great talk. I felt like he needed to talk and I allowed him to do that. So, out of that meeting, I’ll be leading worship there on Sunday. So, I’m pretty excited about that. I had a week off at West Lonesdale b/c of Halloween. I also have an interview with another church on Sunday. Get this, while I’m at work my supervisor says, “Kevin I want to invite you to my church on Sunday…we’re looking for a youth pastor and they know about you”. How CRAZY is that. So, there is another opportunity. God keeps presenting me with these different things. Not to mention them, I had a church in Michigan and Kentucky contact me within this past week. So, I’m just praying I walk through the right door. I covet your prayers.
I hope everyone is doing well. Thanks for reading and hopefully I can post something more tomorrow or more in depth.

Kevin-
Wow I have been so busy I have not been able to take the time to read your blog lately! This is great that God is opening the door for these opportunities. I hope things are well for you. Still beating everyone at bowling I see. I am actually calling in the Tennessee area for my job so every time I get to calling I wonder how you are or if I will call the bank you work at! Ha! Have a good one and I will say a prayer about your opportunities.
