Thursday Thoughts

Hello everyone. It's Thursday and that means we are one day closer to Christmas. I STILL have shopping to do. It's ok, i like putting things off to the last minute. I'm really excited that my brother's family is coming in for Christmas this year. I can't remember the last time they were in for Christmas so, it'll be fun to see his girls on Christmas morning opening their gifts.

Yesterday was a good day. It was my last Wednesday night at West Lonsdale. Instead of leading worship I got to speak. Which was really nice of Todd to give me that opportunity. I was really nervous or should I say, intimidated. Todd is an incredible speaker and it was very difficult for me. It was one of those, "man i choked" moments at least in my book but i had people tell me I did a good job. I spoke on Mary's perspective in the Christmas story. It was my last Wednesday because i'll be the student pastor at another local church in town. Well, i've got to get ready for work. Today is the big Christmas/End of the year meeting at work. We'll find out if we get a Christmas bonus.
