I'm a good cook :)

I'm so excited that it is Friday. I love the weekend. Well, I LOVE the weekend. It's a chance to just chill out. Wednesday night went well and there was once again, a good turnout and I was pretty excited about it. Thursday at work went well. I had a good theological discussion with a gentleman I work with in the pentecostal church. I have nothing against that church. It was a friendly debate.

Last night, I was challenged to cook dinner for 2. So, I accepted graciously. I must say, that I raised the bar pretty high. The menu you may ask, well it chicken fajitas with cheese, tomatoes, sauted (sp) peppers and onions, mexican rice, and chips and salsa. I really impressed myself with my culinary showing. So, when cooking for two, I enjoy that much more than just for myself. SO, i'm pumped about doing it again. Who knows what i'll do, I know it'll be good :) I'm excited about the weekend. It's here. I'm going out to buy one maybe 2 cds...the new passion cd and Fee.
